    Support is typically driven in one of two categories:
  • How do I do something on my site?
  • Something is not working right.

For each of these scenarios we have dedicated solutions to support our client's needs.

Technical Support

First, because our sites all utilize ImmerseEdit CMS, typically speaking if something happens to go wrong, it rarely impacts only one client. Generally, it impacts all of our clients. This is a very rare occurrence and we constantly look for ways to improve the performance and security of our sites. What this means is that even something that may be perceived by many as minor, is a big issue for us as it impacts all of our clients. While we would certainly say that each of our clients is important, practically speaking the "all or nothing" structure ensures prompt response when even the slightest issue comes up.

In the case of specific questions or issues, we offer email and phone support and because we are a small firm, typically a company principal is responding to any issue.

While very few, if any, can guarantee 100% up time, rest assured that our software is solid and stable with some of the highest security available. Whether "how to's" or the uncommon need for technical support, we've got you covered!

How To's

First of all, Immerseme's development philosophy is to design software that's easy to use. We guarantee a short learning curve to use our system. In fact, most clients are up and going after 30 minutes of training. We provide as much training as needed (at no extra cost) but find that about 30 minutes is all that's typically needed.

For each site, we offer an extensive Help section that showcases "how to's" complete with step by step instructions and screen shots.
